If you’re struggling with issues like depression and anxiety and require an emotional support animal letter to help you manage your condition, our team of licensed therapists is here to help. Regardless of which state you’re in, we have a network of licensed therapists who are available to provide recommendations. The process is simple and easily accessible, with step-by-step instructions. After your purchase, a licensed therapist will contact you for a telephone consultation to discuss your condition, which takes no more than half an hour. Once the consultation is over, you’ll receive your emotional support animal letter via email and mail. We usually provide same-day service, but if you’re based in California, please note that Governor Newsome approved a new law effective January 1, 2022 that mandates a 30-day delay on issuance of a letter following the initial consultation to prevent fraudulent letter recommendations.
NOT ALL DISABILITIES ARE VISIBLE
Most people often associate service dogs with a seeing-eye dog who typically guides their owner using a harness. However, today most service dogs are small breed dogs that receive specialized training to help individuals with disabilities related to hearing, seizures, and other debilitating conditions, including emotional and psychological issues. While most of these conditions are not immediately visible, they can cause real challenges to those affected by them. Service dogs are now trained to help with a wide range of conditions, including veterans suffering from PTSD and other disabilities.
THE AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT
The ADA ensures that individuals with disabilities, regardless of their visibility, are protected. The act enforces all businesses that serve the general public to allow access to people with service animals. This ensures that people with disabilities can bring their dogs to restaurants, schools, and workplaces, among other public places, and be able to access their services.
